So, I have decided to blog again today. This is so amazing that I feel silly not to share.
This was inspired by Chef Marina Mustafa when I attended Philips Smart Kitchen Workshop 2 weeks ago. A few authentic Malaysian Cuisine recipes were being shared and learning to cook Green Bean Dessert with Soy Milk Maker was one of them.
Cooking something else with the Soy Milk Maker is something new and inspiring to me. So, this soup recipe came to mind.
All I did was washed and chopped up all the ingredients, and the soy milk maker did the rest.
Ginger Carrot Soup (serving 2-3)
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon canola oil
3 small red onions, peeled and chopped
1 1/3 cups veggie stock
2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
1 1/3 cup Veggie stock
Sea salt
Black Pepper
Pure cream or sour cream
Chives or Dill, for garnish
Directions
Add carrots, ginger, onion, veggie stock, salt, pepper and canola oil into the Soy Milk Maker.
Select setting to ‘soy milk’ and press start. It’ll take 20 mins to cook.
Serve in bowl, garnish with some chives or dill, cream and pepper.

Add all the ingredients.

tadaaaaa ~
